The Role: Copywriter

SUMMARY: We’re searching for an exceptional copywriter who is full of ideas and grit; a conceptual creative who is not afraid of writing technical websites or translating manufacturing lingo for potential consumers. The Role – Designer

Reports to – Creative Director
We are seeking a motivated, highly talented, energetic designer to work on one of America’s top manufacturing brands. In this role, the Designer will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with our Director of Studio Services and our Director of Design who will oversee and manage a variety of assignments, including print, digital and social assets. Initially, the Designer will assist our creative team in developing clean, accurate digital files for reproduction and web development. The Designer will also be given various conceptual and design assignments, increasing in scale and complexity, as part of their professional development at the agency.

Essential Responsibilities

• Create clean, accurate digital files and graphics for reproduction and web development.

Preferred Qualifications

• While not mandatory, 2-3 years of experience on an art production staff in an agency setting or print shop is a plus.

• Schedule flexibility – this client is in the Pacific Time Zone and sometimes requires work outside of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST business hours.
• Project and time management skills – must be able to work quickly within the agency by communicating and following internal studio department processes and guidelines while keeping work clean and organized.
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities while creating flawless final art.

The Role: Digital Media Planner

We’re seeking a successful self-starter with at least three years of direct media planning experience. The Digital Media Planner is the agency’s primary daily contact with internal client teams. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to function independently in a variety of areas, while keeping key leaders informed on the status of projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hands-on media experience in Programmatic, CTV/OLV, Native a must, paid social experience a plus.
• Experience working in Google Marketing Platform and related products
• Experience working in GCM, Trade Desk and/or DV360
• Coordinates the planning and execution of digital advertising programs for specified clients to meet documented media objectives, key performance indicators and budgets.

Marcus Thomas is seeking a director of project management who can lead our project management team. This professional will be responsible for guiding successful project execution across all integrated marketing clients. The director of project management will also continuously identify opportunities to establish new processes or optimize current ones.

• Manages and mentors the project management team, focused on marketing service delivery.

The Role: Paid Search Specialist

We’re seeking a successful self-starter with at least two years of direct paid search experience to ideate and deliver paid search strategies. They will also provide complete management of paid search campaigns against defined success metrics and measurable ROI. Planning and developing campaign structure and strategy and conducting performance analyses are also functions/components of this position. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Management and Leadership

• Oversee development of paid search program strategies and analyses for clients.
• Responsible for day-to-day management, execution, budget pacing and monitoring of SEM campaigns.
• Manage junior search marketing staff with a focus on development and education of associates.
