The Table

We bring important issues to The Table. Issues like equal pay, equal representation at all levels of the agency, and sexism in the workplace. We want everyone to have a seat at The Table. We believe that women’s unique experiences and perspectives help make the work better. But we also acknowledge that we can learn a lot from others, too. We lay everything out on The Table. This is a brave space where women can listen, learn, laugh, cry, share, empathize and support – with complete anonymity.
